Registration for the 2022-2023 School Year will be open from June 1 at 8am to Aug 17 at 8am.
With the end of the School Year on the horizon, it's time to get prepared for the next school year! The YMCA Before & After School Program registration is open from now until Aug 17th.
Things you need to know about registration
We are now 100% online! All registration can be completed through our online Avocado portal. Please note paper forms are no longer offered.
For anyone who requires assistance registering online, we are hosting drop-in Registration Nights in June to help guide parents through the process.
Registration Nights:
When: Wednesday, June, 8th, 15th, 22th, 29th
Location: The YMCA Employment Centre at 770 1st St SE, Medicine Hat
Time: 5-8pm (Drop-in)
When attending, please be sure to bring:
Payment method (CC, direct deposit information)
Alberta Health Card for your children and list of medication if applicable
Your contact information
Contact information for you and your spouse's employment location, including postal codes
Contact information for 2 Emergency Contacts (name, phone number, email address, place of work), 1 of which located in the city
Contact information of any individuals you would like to be permitted to pick your child. (Name and contact phone number)
Parenting orders if applicable
School your child is attending, age and name
Hours you would like Before & After school care for
